Campaign Managers and Outreach Coordinators can implement the following activities at the agency/installation, office/unit level, or zone level to help promote #GivingTuesday and encourage online pledging.

Implement a #GivingTuesday Email Blast

Help build momentum leading up to #GivingTuedsay by taking part in the email blast. Prewritten email templates are provided in the Email Copy Guide along with images/attachments and should be sent on the following schedule:

  • November 13, 2018: Two weeks before #GivingTuesday
  • November 20, 2018: One week before #GivingTuesday
  • November 26, 2018: The day before #GivingTuesday
  • November 27, 2018: #GivingTuesday
  • November 28, 2018: The day after #GivingTuesday
